Moscow Biennal

Art piece that alongside the reading project complements the series Road to Perdition. The piece is about The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The road signage shows six cities that the Red Army had occupied during its history, as well as the distance from Moscow to these cities, and the year in which they were occupied. The piece was to be installed during the second Moscow biennial however, as in the Reading Project; the company owner of the advertising structures censored the installation of the piece. As a result, a digital print of the piece was shown at the Biennial in one of the indoor spaces.
